You can change the date after you have booked, however changes will not be accepted if less than 2 weeks notice is given before your activity. You must rebook a suitable date with the potter within 3-months of your original booking date, after which your booking will be cancelled.

Tribe pottery does not offer refunds for pottery experiences or e-vouchers. See T&C's.

If you are unable to attend your activity because of a positive Covid test, unfortunately, all our experiences are non-refundable under all circumstances and cannot be rescheduled with less than 2 weeks notice before your activity date, as we cannot fill spots once booked. If you cannot make your booking with short notice, you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund—no exceptions, including testing positive for Covid. You can send someone to replace you without incurring a fee, but please note that it is your responsibility to find a replacement person. Let us know in advance who will be attending in your place, and ensure they have read and understood all terms and conditions before attending. If you still wish to attend, do let us know and wear a face mask.

Experiences at Tribe Pottery are all-inclusive, so there is no need to bring anything. However, trim long nails down as they poke the clay, which will interfere with your experience. And do tie long hair up. Pottery can get rather messy, so wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty; we do provide aprons to wear over your clothes. The studio gets chilly in winter, so dress warm. All equipment, tools, and materials are provided.

To book an experience, simply navigate to the 'Book Online' page and make a selection. The website will take you through the process. The studio offers experiences on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The studio is closed to the public on a Monday and Tuesday, and we take Sunday off.

The studio is set up for you to enjoy your experience; you don't need to do anything apart from having loads of fun! The potter will provide a very brief demonstration on the pottery wheel, and then it's your turn to go wild. You can either select (a) just the experience or (b) have your items glazed and fired by the potter upon booking. If you choose to keep your items, the potter will complete the ceramic-making process for you to collect approximately 8 weeks later. Just check the add-on option. You can also arrange to have your items posted at an extra cost; discuss with the potter on the day.

Your e-voucher is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. You need to book and do the experience before the expiration date provided with your voucher. If not used within that time, vouchers lapse and are null and void. NB: we are a very busy studio and you may have to wait up to 4 weeks for an open slot when booking for a voucher. So please do bear this mind when booking to ensure you have enough time left on your voucher. It is advisable to book your experience months ahead before your voucher expires. Also note that vouchers cannot be booked on Valentine's and/or Mother's Day.

E-vouchers to your inbox - instant delivery! When you purchase a gift voucher on our website you will be sent an electronic voucher (e-voucher) via email with a digital file (pdf) to download. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders. A 'unique voucher code' will be issued upon purchase, which is the order number. This must be passed onto the recipient to validate when booking. Vouchers are valid for 12-months from purchase date. You need to book and do the experience before the expiry date given with your voucher. We are a very busy studio and you may have to wait up to 4 weeks for an open slot when booking. So please ensure you have enough time left on your voucher. If you were gifted an e-voucher, simply get in touch to get booked in. You will need to provide a 'unique voucher code' to authenticate the voucher. You can also navigate to the e-voucher page, click the 'received an e-voucher' tab, and complete the form. What if I don't have a 'unique voucher code'? The person who bought or gifted the voucher was supplied with a code which must accompany the voucher. If you didn't get a code, ask them to forward the confirmation email that was sent from Tribe Pottery. You will find the voucher code attached to that email, which is the order number. I still can't find my voucher code. What now? If you're still having problems, get in touch and provide the following: your full name the person's full name who bought the voucher date the voucher was purchased what type of voucher was purchased How long do I have to book? The studio only has two pottery wheels, and as such can only cater for two persons. We do however offer a Double Date Experience, which is for two couples - four persons.

Yes, of course. Our experiences aren't just for couples. Bring a family member, your bestie, or just yourself and sling some mud.

Each experience has its own, allocated amount of clay. Here's a breakdown: Wheel Throwing for Two: make as many pots as you like. All items to be glazed and fired if chosen. Couples Challenge: make up to four pots (depending on how fast you work). All items glazed and fired if chosen. Double Date Challenge: make up to four pots per couple, totalling eight pots. All items glazed and fired if chosen. Wheel Throwing for One: make as many pots as you like. All items glazed and fired if chosen.
